The ability to hear is precious

My hearing aid broke last night, so I had been surrounded in silence since then up to around 11:15 this morning when my audiologist center gave me a loaner, thankfully. It's times like these when I remember, even a small amount of hearing, is a precious blessing from the Lord. Don't take your life or anything you have for granted. You'd most certainly regret it should it be taken away. 

Ever hear someone say, "it's a privilege, not a right." If you think about it, there are no such things as rights...Being alive is a blessing. We have no "right" to anything... Count your blessings, count them daily!
